A good leader does not dominate nor dictate. A good leader produces other leaders, not followers. A good leader should understand the importance of service. I used the first chance I got and I participated in a protest to say "No to wars", but that was not enough. I then started working with some associations, for peace, and I participate in some peace conferences that helped developed my skills. I began to focus on youth, teaching them what the real meaning of war was, and that there are much more ways to solve our problem without wars.
